Automated CNC drilling and milling machine

Besides high accuracy positioning (better than 9µm) and a quality and economical drilling of the PCB require special materials such as IMS (metal core PCBs for heat management) an optional minimum quantity lubrication. It ensures a low burr cut edge with high productivity.

Scoring machine

The scoring machine made by the leading manufacturer LHMT permits simultaneous scoring of circuit boards on both sides, both with standard scoring as well as with jump scoring.

Grinding Machine

After plugging process, the surface of the PCB panel is polished planar. This is done with the highest precision, uniformity and low final surface roughness.
